La Oficina Nacional de la Mujer (ONAM) y la Direcci\u00f3n Municipal de la Mujer (DMM) realiz\u00f3 una capacitaci\u00f3n sobre pol\u00edtica para mujeres ind\u00edgenas y no ind\u00edgenas en la comunidad de El Chal. Facilitada por el Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE), Capacitaci\u00f3n busca empoderar a las mujeres organizadas, mejorando su conocimiento y participaci\u00f3n en procesos pol\u00edticos. La Municipalidad de El Chal y su alcalde, Elias Calder\u00f3n \u00c1lvarez, apoyan firmemente la equidad de g\u00e9nero y el empoderamiento femenino, haciendo posible esta capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
