{"id":54456,"date":"2024-05-16T15:23:49","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T15:23:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/munielchalpeten.gob.gt\/web\/?p=54456"},"modified":"2024-05-16T16:32:20","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T16:32:20","slug":"54456","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munielchalpeten.gob.gt\/web\/2024\/05\/16\/54456\/","title":{"rendered":"EXONERARION DE MULTAS IUSI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Municipalidad de El Chal, dirigida por el se\u00f1or Alcalde El\u00edas Calder\u00f3n Alvarez, a trav\u00e9s de su Oficina Municipal de IUSI, informa lo siguiente a los vecinos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se exonerar\u00e1 temporalmente el 100% de las multas del Impuesto \u00danico sobre Inmuebles (IUSI) a quienes tengan inscritos sus inmuebles en El Chal. Esta exoneraci\u00f3n aplica para propietarios, poseedores y usufructuarios de bienes inmuebles en el casco urbano, caser\u00edos del interior y fincas r\u00fasticas o rurales del municipio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El per\u00edodo de exoneraci\u00f3n es del 6 de mayo al 28 de junio de 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La exoneraci\u00f3n del 100% de las multas se aplicar\u00e1 solo a aquellos que paguen la totalidad del adeudo del IUSI previamente en la Receptor\u00eda Municipal.
