En el marco de la celebraci\u00f3n del Festival Navide\u00f1o El Chal 2021. El se\u00f1or Alcalde Municipal El\u00edas Calder\u00f3n \u00c1lvarez, acompa\u00f1ado por su distinguida esposa, la primera dama municipal, Rosa Amelia Castillo y los integrantes del Honorable Concejo Municipal, realizaron la entrega de un merecido reconocimiento al joven Artista Chalence, Wilder Isai Ruballos P\u00e9rez.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El joven oriundo del caser\u00edo El Quetzalito, fue presentado ante el p\u00fablico asistente del Festival Navide\u00f1o El Chal y mostr\u00f3 parte de los dibujos que ha realizado a lo largo de su trayectoria como artista, compartiendo con las personas el don que Dios le regalo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El jefe edil, El\u00edas Calder\u00f3n, felicito al joven artista y le dio a conocer que har\u00e1 todo lo posible por seguir impulsando y dando a conocer el talento de Wilder Ruballos por medio de la comuna municipal en su Administraci\u00f3n 2020 – 2024.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
