La Municipalidad de El Chal y el se\u00f1or Alcalde, El\u00edas Calder\u00f3n \u00c1lvarez por medio de la Unidad Municipal de Ordenamiento Territorial – UMOT – y la coordinaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia -SEGEPLAN- dio inicio a la fase n\u00famero cuatro del plan de ordenamiento territorial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La Fase n\u00famero cuatro, consiste en la Gesti\u00f3n, seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n de la planificaci\u00f3n del ordenamiento territorial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El proceso de Ordenamiento territorial, fomenta la construcci\u00f3n participativa a partir de la articulaci\u00f3n de actores t\u00e9cnicos, pol\u00edticos y sociales que forman parte del desarrollo sostenible que propicia el bienestar com\u00fan de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El Ordenamiento territorial ayuda a los municipios para prepararse a retos futuros, como atender a la poblaci\u00f3n en crecimiento, asegurar servicios primarios y dinamizar la econom\u00eda de manera sostenible.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
