El personal t\u00e9cnico y administrativo del Centro de Salud El Chal con el apoyo de la Municipalidad de El Chal y el se\u00f1or Alcalde El\u00edas Calder\u00f3n \u00c1lvarez, hacen del conocimiento de los vecinos del municipio; Que se ha iniciado con las jornadas de vacunaci\u00f3n contra el Covid-19 en los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes comprendidos en la edades de 12 a 17 a\u00f1os.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A los menores se le estar\u00e1 aplicando la primera dosis de la vacuna distribuida por la casa comercial \u00abPFIZER\u00bb y los requisitos a presentar son los Siguientes:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> Presentarse al puesto de vacunaci\u00f3n con padre, madre o tutor que porte su respectivo \u00abDPI\u00bb.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> El menor a vacunarse, debe de presentar su certificado de nacimiento en el cual apsresca el c\u00f3digo \u00fanico de identificaci\u00f3n \u00abCUI\u00bb<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El puesto de vacunaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 ubicado en la calle principal de municipio de El Chal, frente al inmueble del Banco de desarrollo rural, BANRURAL Agencia No. 61.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
